Certain rattles have crystals, rocks, gems, stained glass and/or beach glass in them. Many of these are native to Alaska and sourced locally, such as Calcites, Quartz (both Rose and Clear), and Amethyst. Charoite, however, is a stone I am quite fond of and it comes from Siberia. Selenite and some Amethysts are sourced from Brazil. Many of the rocks and crystals I personally source and cut to size with a wet saw to custom sizes. I then tumble them, showcasing veins of color and dimension.
